AMAZING OS AMAZING PRICE!!!!!
By Curran from Akron Ohio on April 3, 2012
Vista got a bad wrap for no reason I could see............. Windows 7 is out of site!!! I fired this OS up on my new computer and got right back to work with my recording studio. When you make money with your computer, the last thing you want to deal with is the computer NOT WORKING. I have no fears with the new Windows 7 OS
Pros:
everything AND the price
Cons:
wish 32bit would use more RAM

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Glad to Say Goodbye to Windows Vista
By Anthony from Florida on December 29, 2011
I'm so glad to get away from Vista and all of it's issues. Windows 7 is much easier to navigate and less loading time....too many bells and whistles on Vista...everything is right there on the desktop for you to access
Pros:
Straight forward access to everything
Cons:
I'm still getting "bluescreen " crashes...most likely a bad power supply

I would recommend this item to a friend.

I am currently using Win XP PRO on a HP laptop with a Intel (R) Pentium (R) processor 2.00 ghs. Will this one install and run this machine?
By Customer Service on February 6, 2013

Based on the specifications you've designated, your computer should be able to properly run Windows 7. However, please check the complete system requirements of Windows 7 to be sure. The complete system requirements can be found here:

Your website says as follows:

"Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium x64 (P/N: GFC-02021) License

Microsoft EULA Agreement"

Is the license for 32-bit Windows 7 or 64-bit Windows 7?

By Customer Service on April 6, 2012

Answer:
We apologize for the confusion, this item does include a Windows 7 32-bit license.

By GUILLERMO from RESEDA, CA on February 28, 2013
CAN IT BE USED ON A CHROME BOOK?,IS IT COMPATIBLE??
By Customer Service on March 1, 2013

Answer:
Unfortunately, Windows cannot be installed on a Chromebook, which is designed to run only Google's Chrome OS.

By Gil from Somerset, MA on August 21, 2012
I have the Windows 7 upgrade from the original Vista OS. Also, Vista has been completely deleted from the PC. Can I install the full version of Windows 7 over the upgrade and what would be the advantage of doing so?
By Customer Service on August 21, 2012

Answer:
You would want to reinstall a fresh copy of Windows 7 as this is always the best option. We recommend backing up your Users directory and any other files in different locations that you want to keep prior to doing this.

The advantage to doing this is to ensure a "clean" install versus upgrading an already inferior product.

By Dave from Mesa.Az on September 9, 2012
I thought Windows 7 comes with the 32 bit and the 64 bit on the same disk. is thier a difference with this product?
By Customer Service on September 11, 2012

Answer:
No, there is separate installation disk for 32 and 64 bit editions of Windows. This product is 32 bit only.

By Dee from Henderson on March 6, 2013
Do I have to have a current ops to install or can I just install into a fresh hard drive?
By Customer Service on March 6, 2013

Answer:
You can install this product onto a fresh hard drive.

By Peter from Kansas on March 6, 2013
Does this come with the installation disk? I'm trying to bootcamp on my mac.
By Customer Service on March 7, 2013

Answer:
Yes, this includes the installation disk.

By Derwin from Florida on March 29, 2012
Can I use this on more than one PC?
By Customer Service on March 30, 2012

Answer:
No, the license key given by Microsoft for this product can only be activated on a single PC.

By Dick from Coleville, CA on February 19, 2014
Can this be a direct install over XP, or do I need to install with a "clean" hard drive before installing?
By Customer Service on February 19, 2014

Answer:
OEM software has be done as a fresh install, so the the Hard Drive must be formatted and reloaded.

By lynn from Charlotte, NC on March 13, 2012
I currently have Vista (ugh!) running on my pc. Will my current TV tuner and video drivers be affected by a full installation?
By Customer Service on March 14, 2012

Answer:
You will have to reinstall the drivers again once you install Windows 7. Any hardware working in Vista should work with Windows 7 just fine.
