I am a PC guy that is changing to and iMac. I want to run Windows on the iMac as well and need a Windows 7 disk so I can install it on the iMac. Will this do the job since it is not an upgrade?

This is a full install disk with a COA included. As far as installing on a Mac, you will need to check with the manufacturer of the hardware for compatibility.
