information to help address any pre or post-sale questions you may have
about our shipping policies to countries outside of the USA. For up to the minute tracking of your

How are International Shipments
sent off? |
All shipments shipped outside of
the USA are sent via USPS International Mail
regardless of the shipping method chosen.
For example, if you select any of the other methods (such as UPS Ground, UPS
2-Day Air, UPS 3-Day, or Lowest Price) to a destination outside of the United
States the only shipping price you'll see is the USPS International Mail rate and the only shipping method we will use to ship your order
out to you will be USPS International Mail. We do not use UPS services
for International shipments.

How are International customs
fees, taxes, and other fees calculated? |
Any Local, State, or Country
related customs fees, taxes, or any other charges related to the shipment are
your responsibility once the package is sent off. Due to varying rules and
regulations regarding packages entering different regions of the world, our
shipping charge only covers the shipment postage portion of the transit process.
Please check with your local or regional post offices to see if there are any
other applicable fees for receiving goods shipping out of the United States
(USA). If taxes are due once the package enters your country you may have to
arrange to pay them to the appropriate enforcement agency in your area in order
to receive your items.

How do I get a Rate Quote for an
International Shipment? |
To get a rate quote simply add the
items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and scroll down to the bottom
of the shopping cart page. There you will see a shipping calculator that will
calculate your shipping rate for your country. Please note that for USA and
Canada shipments a proper State / Province must be entered. For all other
countries the Zip Code and State fields can be left blank to get a quote.
