3FMPCIMWNR Reviews

Review of 3FMPCIMWN-R
(based on 21 reviews)
good product
By James from Roanoke, VA on February 7, 2014
I try to be good about saying a product works, when the part or even the company selling it is obscure or rare. FileMate did not disappoint with this wireless card. Purchased for a customer who could not plug their Desktop directly into their router, it it has worked consistently to keep them online and surfing/gaming with appropriate speed. I have never trusted wireless cards for desktops, personally, but I find myself impressed. If it's a solution you need, FileMate is a sure bet.
Pros:
easy install, no software necessary, good price point, removable antennae for shipping or storage.
Cons:
As a rule I don't trust the stability or longevity of desktop wireless cards, but so far this little guy has been tip top. No cons.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

For the money, It's a no-brainer!
By Infinitebaffle from Whittier, NC on April 15, 2012
Easy to install, and windows 7 automatically found the driver. I used to use a USB wireless network adapter, and the signal strength was less than half. Now my signal strength is at full strength. I access my router that is located in another building on my property. The router is located at least 300 foot away, and I am at full signal strength. This wireless PCI adapter has never missed a beat since I installed it in my Windows 7 PC. Great product, I highly recommend this product.
Pros:
Easy to install, greatly improves signal strength, cost effective
Cons:
Nothing

I would recommend this item to a friend.
