Purchase Agreement:

By accepting delivery of any product ordered from OutletPC ("OutletPC"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and OutletPC agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and OutletPC. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from OutletPC.

General Policy:

Prices, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. OutletPC is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Customer pays return shipping charges for all RMA services. OutletPC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

No direct returns for refund or credit after 30 days from the invoice date. All returned products must be in original packaging with original accessories, manuals, etc. in as-new condition. All shipping charges are non-refundable. At the time an RMA Request form is completed a customer is asked to provide his/her preference toward an exchange or refund. Please note that this selection is non-binding and will be confirmed at the discretion of OutletPC. In cases in which an Exchange is requested and one cannot be provided at the time of the RMA resolution, a refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE A STORE ISSUED RMA NUMBER. Returned items without valid RMA numbers will be refused.

OutletPC's direct item coverage programs are for products purchased directly from OutletPC.com.  Item coverage is issued solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable through resale, gifting, or otherwise without permission from OutletPC. Item coverage assumes that the product purchased has been properly used and in its intended manner (as to be determined by OutletPC). Any damage caused by mishandling or improper use will result in immediate voidance of all said warranty terms. Any damage caused by other components to a OutletPC issued product will also void warranty terms. By purchasing from this site, buyer also accepts responsibility for all costs associated with damage to other components (purchased from OutletPC or otherwise) by an OutletPC product.  OutletPC reserves the right to direct Warranty claims to the original manufacturers when applicable.

Please allow 24-48 business hours (M-F, Excluding Holiday Time-Off) processing time for an order to be prepared for shipment. While 99% of orders on the OutletPC website ship the same business day when received before our Cutoff Time, OutletPC does not guarantee same-day shipping on orders. Orders shipped to the State of Nevada are charged sales tax in accordance with local state laws. OutletPC does not process orders on weekends.  The OutletPC order process is FIRM.  Orders may be processed immediately upon placement.  Once an order is charged it can no longer be cancelled or changed.  While we will try our best to accommodate change or cancellation requests, those that are received or processed after an order has been charged will have to be denied.

CPU/Memory Policy:

CPUs (Processors) and/or Memory Products are sold on an as-is basis with no warranty implied.  All defects and/or issues related to CPU or Memory products must be directed toward the manufacturer of the product.  For information on warranty coverage please contact the manufacturer or feel free to contact us prior to purchasing.  Returns for CPUs or Memory products will not be accepted.

Laptop Warranty / Returns Policy:

Due to product liability and warranty coverage issues, all laptops, notebooks, netbooks, portables, and mini PCs purchased from OutletPC are covered directly through the manufacturer ONLY. Laptops / mini PCs may not be returned to OutletPC for refund, exchange, repair or otherwise.  For any servicing or RMA claims on laptops please contact your product manufacturer for additional information.

Combos / Systems / Bundles Returns:

If you wish to return a Combo / System / or Bundle for refund the set must be returned in its entirety under the provisions of the OutletPC Return policy.  Please note that individual components in a bundle / system / or combo (such as software or processors) will still apply toward the specific clauses in the return policy that relates to those classes of products. Individual components of a combo / system / bundle may be returned for Exchange only.

Physical Damage Policy:

Physical damage, improper installation, improper use, or mishandling of a product purchased from OutletPC will result in immediate voidance of your warranty coverage. 

Returns on Items That Qualify For Free or Reduced Shipping:

Items on orders that qualify for 'Free Shipping' or Reduced Shipping costs based on order value or promotion will be assessed an actual shipping charge in the event of an item return. This assessment will be deducted from the refund amount and/or store credit and is separate from any other fees assessed.

Defective Store Returns:

Defective retail products may be returned in their entirety (including all parts and bundled software) to us for a refund or exchange during the first 30 days after the purchase date with an approved RMA. The company issued RMA information is required and must be placed on any returned packages to assure proper credit. Shipping charges are always non-refundable and will not be included in any refund or exchange issuances. Defective replacements will be shipped only after the original product is received and adequately tested. Extended delay periods may come in cases in which an item must be returned to the manufacturer for proper testing. Please note that opened Software can never be returned for a refund. All coverage during periods after the initial 30 days must be handled directly through the respective manufacturers of the products.

Non-Defective Store Returns:

Non-defective products may NEVER be returned for credit, refund, or exchange at any time without written authorization from a company agent. In cases in which a non-defective item is returned, at its discretion OutletPC may: (1) Issue a refund of the purchase price of the item less any restocking, handling, or damage fees (2) Return the item back to the purchaser at their cost, (3) Exchange the item for another. If it is determined that product mishandling or misuse by the customer has taken place, all warranty terms may be voided.

LCD Monitors / LCD TVs Returns Policy:

LCD displays may have cosmetic imperfections that appear as small bright or dark spots. This is common to all LCD displays used in products by all vendors and is not specific to any vendor or brand. Below are the acceptable amounts of "dot defects" for LCD displays that we sell:

- Total Defects: 8
- Bright or Dark Dots/Spots (random): 4
- Bright or Dark Dots/Spots (2 adjacent): 2
- Bright or Dark Dots/Spots (3 adjacent): 1

Restocking Fee:

Returns not covered by the defective-item policies stated on this page and acceptable returns received 30 days after the invoice date will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Item Page Warranty Information Disclaimer:

Warranty periods expressed or implied on each individual item page are estimations on expected warranty periods provided to us directly by item manufacturers or suppliers. Warranty periods expressed are not guaranteed or secured by OutletPC and are considered null in instances in which the respective manufacturers/distributors do not honor them. Please contact the product manufacturers prior to purchasing to obtain full warranty coverage terms and conditions for a particular product. OutletPC does not guarantee any products past our stated 30-day Defective Item Policy (see terms on this page) and maintains no liability for warranties not honored through manufacturers.

Software Policy:

The Software Policy supersedes any policy in cases of conflict. Opened software cannot be returned for credit or exchange. For software warranty coverage please contact the manufacturers directly.

Sales Tax:

ONLY orders set to ship to the state of Nevada are subject to sales taxes under all applicable state laws. Orders set to ship to states and territories outside of the state of Nevada will not be charged any taxes by OutletPC.com. For out-of-state tax liabilities that may exist, please contact your local Governmental Tax Agency for more information.

Price Matching:

Because of volatility in the marketplace, OutletPC does not price match competitors nor does it guarantee that a price may or may not change on the OutletPC website. Prices are locked in at the time of the order and are non-negotiable.

Product Availability:

The OutletPC website has a dynamic inventory tracking system to check for current stock availability and status. Occasionally, however, items may fall on backorder or go out of stock before being removed from our website. In such cases, OutletPC will make its best attempt to contact the purchasing party and: (1) Agree upon a replacement for the item and ship off the order, (2) Backorder the item and ship the remainder of the order, (3) Drop the item from the order and ship the remainder of the order, (4) Cancel the entire order. In an effort to speed up the shipment process, certain items may be placed on backorder without the authorization of the purchasing party. In such an instance, an item placed on backorder or an otherwise unshipped part of order will not be charged (or refunded if previously charged). A backorder is retained so long as our purchasing rotation indicates a chance that the backordered item will return to inventory. Once an item is dropped from our purchasing rotation, all related backorders will be cancelled. In the case of a backorder, the backordered item will not be charged/shipped until permission is re-obtained from the purchasing party.

Shipping/Handling/Cancellation Policy:

Shipping charges are included at the time of purchase for most orders. In cases in which the shipping cannot be calculated immediately (oftentimes our shopping cart will notify you of this) your shipping charge will be calculated and assessed upon shipment. Shipping fees are always non-refundable. In cases in which a product is determined to be defective and an exchange is requested, OutletPC will cover return shipping charges to the customer. In cases in which a product is determined to be non-defective the customer will be liable for all return shipping fees. OutletPC and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate any accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at the sole discretion of its company officials.

In-Transit Item Damage:

All products purchased from OutletPC are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft, and damage from the respective shipping companies used for transit. For in-transit damages to products, replacement and compensation must be obtained through arbitration directly by the shipping company. OutletPC may not be held responsible for any damages caused to a product once it leaves our warehouse. For more information, please contact the carrier insurance company used for the shipment (for UPS call 1-800-PICK-UPS).

Returned/Refused Shipments:

Item returned and refused shipments are to be handled at the sole discretion of OutletPC. In such instances: (1) the purchase price item will be refunded less the original shipping amount and an additional returned shipment fee, or (2) the item will be re-shipped back to the intended party at their cost.

Order Discrepancies:

Customers must inform OutletPC of any order discrepancy (wrong item, quantity, or otherwise) within 5 business days of the receipt date so that a shipment investigation can be initiated and processed to determine a proper outcome.  Order discrepancy requests are very infrequent as our software and hardware are designed to track package sizes, item counts, etc.  As is such, discrepancy investigations are taken very seriously and may take 24-48 hours to process.

Account Coverage and Underage Order Responsibility:

By using the OutletPC site you accept responsibility for all purchases and activities conducted under your account. To purchase on OutletPC.com you must be the valid cardholder of the credit card submitted (in the case of a credit card transaction) and all orders must be set to ship to an address registered with the card company. Use of the OutletPC site by children under the age of 18 may only be conducted, with the express permission of a parent or guardian. Usage by children under the age of 18 directly implies that such permission has been obtained.

Product Testing:

OutletPC ships items in the condition they are received from the original manufacturer/distributor of a product. OutletPC does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.

Product Information and Pictures:

Product descriptions posted on our item pages are for representative purposes only. OutletPC agrees to make a good-faith attempt at providing the most accurate and detailed descriptions of all products for sale, however, actual items may vary slightly. Pictured images are also for representative purposes only. Actual products may differ from the pictured representations. Warranty term coverage postings are estimations of the manufacturer warranty coverage liability. Actual warranty coverage times may vary and must be confirmed at the responsibility of the consumer. If a product posting or picture does not coincide with the item to the satisfaction the customer, it is up to the customer to fill out an RMA request and return the item in like-new condition.

OutletPC reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. OutletPC will also cancel an order if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for which we were unable to verify billing information with the credit card's issuing bank.

Order Status/Tracking:

Upon submitting your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email with a link to your 'Order-Status' page. Your 'Order-Status' page contains all current status and shipment tracking information as your order progresses through our systems. Please retain this email for your records.

Please note that some email clients may split or otherwise break up the 'Order-Status' page link. If you have problems following that link, please contact us via e-mail and we will provide you with your updated status. For alternative order tracking please send an email to our contact address and your status will be sent to you in reply.

Cross-Ship Policy:

OutletPC does not cross-ship products under any circumstance.  Product exchanges and returns for credit are processed once the original product has been received.

Discount / Promotion Limits:

All coupon codes and/or discounts offered or issued through OutletPC are Limit 1 per household unless otherwise expressly stated .  If multiple orders are placed by the same individual, household, or group in an attempt to circumvent this policy OutletPC reserves the right to cancel such orders or to remove the unqualified discounts.  Promo codes are not redeemable for cash and carry restrictions alongside their use.  Certain promo codes (such as the ones found in our newsletter) are granted to specific customers only.  The unauthorized distribution or sharing of a coupon or discount code is not allowed and will not be honored.

Product Return Shipment/Condition:

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any and all associated costs of transit, shipping, handling, or otherwise in the event of a product return.  Products that are being returned must be received in the same condition as they were originally sent out.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is adequately packaged for return and that the item is adequately protected so that it will remain in its original condition (with all the original components and accessories) throughout the return transit process.  Products are inspected upon receipt by the OutletPC Returns department.  Products that are received damaged, inadequately packaged, or any other failures to abide by this condition will immediately void any warranty or refund coverage.

Product Descriptions / Information:

OutletPC makes its best effort to ensure that product content, images, pricing, and descriptions are as accurate as possible.  However, since item descriptions, pictures, pricing, and other references can vary or lead to human error we do not guarantee them nor do we assume liability for errors associated with them.  OutletPC maintains its right to refuse or cancel an order at its sole discretion for any reason. OutletPC also does not assume responsibility for links to other sites that make any claims and/or representations on products available through our website.  OutletPC also maintains no responsibility for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance due to release updates, revisions, or otherwise. Because products are continually revised by manufacturers, we suggest contacting us prior to purchase if this may be an issue to you.

Mail-in Rebates:

Information on Manufacturer mail-in rebate offers are provided on certain item pages or promotions with the goal of providing the most complete and up-to-date information to our customers.  OutletPC does not serve a function in the rebate process beyond providing this first-level of information. Manufacturer rebates are between the issuing party and the consumer directly.  All questions, claims, or comments on rebates are to be directed to the issuers and not OutletPC.  In the case of a dispute or issue arising from a Rebate offer, OutletPC makes no claims or guarantees nor does OutletPC assume any liability in honoring a rebate amount.

Extended Warranty Information:

Select products on the OutletPC.com website are eligible for extended warranties at the time of purchase. Please note that these warranties cover hardware replacement parts only (no software, data, or any other coverage is available).  Return item shipping costs (incoming) are the responsibility of the  customer, while the shipping costs on the exchange item (outgoing) will be covered by OutletPC.  Please note that all warranties are considered VOID without refund if any physical damage, misuse, mishandling, or product tampering is determined by OutletPC at its sole discretion.

Technical Support:

OutletPC does not offer technical support on products.  The determination of product scope, compatibility, and usage is left to the customer to establish.  If technical questions arise we suggest contacting the manufacturers of the products for specifications and information.  As is such, any product recommendations, usage advice, or otherwise stated or implied to a customer does not constitute a guarantee from the company.  It is up to the customer to make the final decision on when to proceed with a purchase and/or what products will be compatible for with their needs.

Limitation of Liability:

In all circumstances, OutletPC's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. OutletPC shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. OutletPC shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, or any other types of loss whether or not OutletPC has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages. OutletPC assumes no risk or liability related to use, storage, handling, or otherwise of any products purchased on this site.  OutletPC operates as a distributor ONLY. OutletPC does not manufacture the products that it sells. Manufacturers may, however, cover their products through warranty and service contracts that are directed at the end-user. OutletPC assigns and passes through warranties that are offered by the manufacturer to the end-user customer. Be placing an order with OutletPC customer enters an agreement whereby customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse under said warranties and only against the manufacturers of the products.  OutletPC makes no warranty or liability claims regarding the products it carries except as otherwise provisioned in this document. OutletPC disclaims any and all other warranties espressed or implied to any its products. Every item that is sold by OutletPC is sold As-Is or With All Faults.  The risk and liability of product use, storage, performance, or otherwise is with the buyer.  Should any issues arise, the buyer assumes all risks and costs related to necessary servicings, repair, replacements, or otherwise.

Recordings:

OutletPC does not consent to having any telephone calls recorded and reserves the right to terminate any call that is being recorded. Customer agrees not to record any call with OutletPC unless Customer has provided clear and conspicuous notice to OutletPC and has received prior written consent from OutletPC.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between OutletPC and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. OutletPC and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Nevada in Clark County to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against OutletPC that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

Severability:

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Nevada law.

Waiver:

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions, together with OutletPC's invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between OutletPC and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between OutletPC and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.

Terms of Sale:

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal

We prefer payment by: Credit Card or Paypal

All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.

Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.

We do not ship on major US holidays.

All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.

Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item.

Shipping is refundable if the item arrives damaged.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

If items fail to perform as warranted, please contact the manufacturer.

We do not guarantee any product's fitness for intended use.
