NT-H1 consists of a hybrid compound of different micro-particles, which has been specifically optimized for use in PC environments. Thanks to its extremely low thermal resistance as well as excellent pliability and spreadability, NT-H1 achieves outstanding results.

Maximum ease of use & efficient dosage
As NT-H1 spreads very well under pressure, there's no need to smear it over the heat-spreader. This reduces both the consumption of paste and the time spent on the installation process: Put one drop of NT-H1 onto the centre of your CPU, install the cooler and that's it!

Top-performance right from the start
NT-H1 reaches its full performance extremely fast and doesn't require a longer "burn-in" time.

Excellent long-term stability
NT-H1 doesn't contain any solvents or other substances with low flash point and provides excellent long-term stability. Due to the compound's exceptional curing, bleeding, dry-out und thermal cycling characteristics, NT-H1 can be used for several years without any problems.

Not electrically conductive, non-corroding
NT-H1 possesses a very low dielectric constant and a high dielectric strength. Therefore, there's no danger of short-circuits even in case of direct contact with components or conducting paths. Fully compatible with all materials commonly employed in PC environments, NT-H1 is suited for use with aluminium and copper coolers.

It was just the right amount for me. I read plenty of tutorials before applying and decided to go with a thin "x" pattern with 4 little dots around the center, which is on the heavy side for most. Noctua is a trusted brand.

Like i have said before it's not an outstanding change ...
I've heard a lot about noctua and the various products they have needless to say i replaced the stock thermal paste that came on my laptop which is 6 years old now and i have seen a slight improvement in thermals my laptop runs a bit more cooler now. I play games but my laptop is not a gaming laptop and before the air it would blow out the vent was decently hot not scorching but hot. Now i have applied this thermal paste to my cpu and the air that is blown out is not as hot and the under side of my laptop isn't as hot as it used to be. Like i have said before it's not an outstanding change but i do notice the difference and i can say i'm pleased plus i still have more of it to use on other computers. A definite buy if you are building a new pc or if you want to replace stock thermal paste that your computer came with. I'm very pleased with this product and would definitely buy again

Very easy to apply, great results
This is my first time using any type of noctua thermal compound, and i am very pleased with the nt-h1. I used it during a recent rebuild of an old laptop with an intel i5 ivy bridge (3rd gen) cpu with a built in gpu, and it dropped the idle temperature to a very cool range of 48-53c. I have yet to see the temperatures push past 60c during normal use. I am not sure what temperatures i would expect to see during gaming, but i would be hesitant to try any modern games on a laptop this old. Another observation which i wanted to share is that i've noticed that the air being vented off the cooling plate as well as through the fan is significantly cool. This laptop dumped a ton of hot air out of the vents before the rebuild. I am very impressed with this thermal compound, and i think noctua's nt-h1 will be my go-to compound from now on.

This goop seems to work great
I swapped out my old i5 for an old xeon in my file server. Used this goop under the heatsink. My cpu temperatures average 28-32 degrees under normal home file serving load, and go up to about 45 degrees when using virtual machines. I don't know if it's the goop that keeps temps so low, but it definite didn't hurt.

Reasonably easy to apply, and performance has been excellent in anything i've ever applied it to.
