Do the brackets where the monitors mount slide horizontally along the arms/rails if you want your monitors side by side with a smaller monitor, no gap between them?
By Customer Service on 2012-04-05
Answer:No, the brackets that hold the monitor in place can not slide horizontally.

I have gotten delivery of this stand and like it except for one issue I was wondering if you had a resolution for. I use samsung syncmaster 2494 monitor(s) and the mount isnt exactly correct. Do you have an adapter plate so that my monitor(s) can screw to the stand securely? I can screw it to two of the mounting holes, but not all 4. Thank you. Rick Cooper

Answer:No, unfortunately we do not have any adapters for our mounts as they are set for industry standard VESA 75 and 100 mounting.

I own one of your freestanding stands, but am converting my desk and will need to have the ability to clamp to the desktop surface, do you have an adapter or plate which would allow me to clamp my current stand?
By Customer Service on 2013-03-14
Answer:We do not carry an adapter that will allow you to clamp a freestanding mount. However, your mount did come with hardware to connect your device directly to the desk.

I have two Dell monitors. Will they work with them?
By Customer Service on 2011-12-17
Answer:This mount are not brand specific so it can work with any brand. The main thing you want to confirm is that that the monitors you plan to mount have either a VESA 75 or VESA 100 pattern on the back as the mount can support both. VESA standards are square patterns of holes on the back of the monitor. Most monitors use these standards regardless of manufacturer. You also want to make sure your monitors are less than 23" wide horizontally as the wider the monitors become, the farther out the arms extend. Once you get to that point, the arms are full extended. Anything past that, the arms will overlap so you want to make sure your monitors horizontal width is equal to or smaller than that limit. The last thing to look at is the weight. Most monitors are under 22 pounds so that is normally not an issue.

How can the mount be directly attached to the desk? Which part attaches? Can I get rid of the bulky U-shaped part and attach the rod directly to the desk?
By Customer Service on 2013-05-13
Answer:This Freestanding Dual LCD Monitor Stand is designed to sit on the desk as opposed to clamping onto the edge. For something like that, see this mount:
