I was looking for a silent cooling fan for my 3d printer - this one is awesome
The 30mm fan that shipped with my hot end was 10k and pushed 4 cfm. So i went in search of a silent fan that pushed at least as much air. I couldn't find a 30mm, but this 40mm at 18db and 4.5 cfm seemed to fit my needs so i ordered. This fan is absolutely silent and i have had no issues with my printer since installing it.

Put these into a mini-itx box.They are not silent by any stretch but are not annoying or loud.Have 3 mounted.

Terrible quality
Bearings shot in less than 100 hours of use. Would never recommend to anyone unless they like horrible loud rattling fans that don't move air

It's very silent ! But the volume of air it moves is so small that i can barely feel it on my face when the fan is held 2 inches from my face.
