Software is garbage
Cue does not work making this mouse useless. I was excited about the sliding buttons, but there is no way to map them so they are useless. Every time i try to map a button it changes all the buttons in the cue software and doesn't save when i use it in the game. I go to actions>select the g1 key> choose typing key and numeric keypad> select "keypad 1 end", so that button should be mapped but this seemingly does nothing. If i go through and try to map the buttons then go back to a button i already mapped it just shows the last button i selected before it as if cue is not saving when i am doing. I tried finding a solution on the website but i just found a forum where people say that setting the profile to default will fix it but i cannot find that option anywhere. The same "last option chosen" as well happens when i select colors so i am only able to choose one color for the entire mouse, or to choose to turn that one color off or on on the different areas instead of being able to put a different color in each area.

Perfect for serious gamers who require fine tuning and flawless response time!
This mouse is extremely efficient and has a ton of customization options to suit your preferences and comfort. I highly recommend this mouse to serious gamers that need a wide range of customization. Not to mention, the response time is flawless!

Perfect fit and movement.
I bought this for my husband for christmas based on his wish list. He love this mouse. The buttons are arranged perfect for the fit of his hand, which is a complaint he's always had with others. He doesn't have to reach for the buttons on the side like with others. It's easy to move and even comfortable for me (and non-gamer) when i use his computer. He's been extremely impressed with corsair's products and will be upgrading his equipment to corsair.

Dead clicks, jumping cursor, and dead switches
First and foremost, i want to say that i like this mouse for two reasons. I enjoy the fact that the corsair utility engine software allows you to customize your user experience, and i like the physical feel of the mouse. As someone who plays very apm (actions per minute) intensive games, precision is paramount in my ability to operate at my peak. Even outside of games and in programs like photoshop or illustrator accuracy is important as your work suffers without it. Unfortunately, both my work and play suffer because of this mouse and the functionality of the number pad buttons does not make up for it. Over the last three months of using this mouse i have experienced consistent dead clicks, cursor jumps, and other unexpected behavior that impacts usability.I had originally thought that the cursor jumping issue was due to my mousepad, however i switched to a steel series mousepad a month ago and the issue still persists. It is as well possible that the dead clicks and jumping are due to cue settings, though i've tried both my own profiles and popular ones shared by other users with no improvement. For $80, this mouse is not worth purchasing.Update:the middle click no longer functions properly after only 7 months of use. Given just how common it is both in software and games to use the middle click functionality of a mouse, this has made this product nearly unusable. I have rebound middle click to the 10, 11, and 12 keys on the number pad, however this is extremely unergonomic and impacts the usability and functionality of the mouse further as pressing these buttons deflects the cursor and they tend to stick often.

Not very comfortable, or true.
I got this to use for a variety of games and it frankley is not true enough for shooters, which is surprising given it's supposedly a decent optical mouse. The thumb buttons are decently ergonomic, but they don't hit your hand perfectly like logitech's mmo mouse does. That said this mouse is more true than logitech's mmo, but not enough for a shooter. All in all, this is a combination product that while good enough has notably better options out there for most any type of game you'd play.

Terrible company and software
It's a great feeling mouse made by a company with no idea what they are doing. Loads of technical issues mostly having to do with the cue software. Can't macro, issues with buttons "getting stuck". Contacted support multiple times and gotten no response. Save yourself the time and go a different brand. I know i won't be purchasing corsair in the future. They may never get there crap together

This mouse is awesome. But the cue software is 100% garbage. Pure, unadulterated garbage.
The mouse is great. The cue software is a raging dumpster fire. The software is pretty klunky, and was clearly designed by people who are utterly clueless when it comes to software design and tool implementation. One example that bears this out:you can't do obvious, simple question such as copying a presets or parts of presets to other profiles. You can build a library of common functions, but the fact you can't really do anything else (like, if you have corsair headphones...You can't copy eq presets, or if you own a corsair kb, making use of things you've done with other profiles in new ones is obtuse, and really difficult as you have to make it for every profile)the cue software is as well horribly, horribly documented. You have one real choice: trawl and search through the corsair forums. Considering the prices for corsair products....The lack of documentation is pretty staggering.I own this mouse, a k70 and void headphones. These are all solid products, great in fact! But the software, the software is terrible. So terrible, that if i saw "corsair cue" on a resume for a developer job...I would completely blackball that developer. Not just for my company, but for anyone else i spoke to. This is how bad cue is. The people developing this garbageware should not be working in software development.
