Absolute monstrosity
This is one absolute monstrosity in the good sense of it. I put this one as an exhaust fan and it i can feel the air being pumped outside the back of the case, the leds are powerful enough, at full setting the noise is a little loud, but the amount of air this moves is mind-boggling. A must have for any p.C enthusiast.

Blue led ftw!!!
It's big, it's got blue leds and it runs nice and quiet even when "cranked!" price is right, actually good, for the performance you get from it... Makes a really nice top exhaust fan!

One great 140mm case fan
The aerocool shark 140mm fans (i bought 2) are a great addition to my computer case, and comes with a voltage reduction cable to allow operation @ 7v without a controller (i did not try this) i needed air movement more than silent, these are 29.6 db - a website say's (30 db is whisper quiet in a library)*lol* don't know if that helps :p and the sound of 2 of them does not raise my eyebrows nor has anybody commented or even seamed to notice them, and at full speed this may be more noise than the average case fan in 140mm, but i did buy 2 others fyi -(antec 140mm cooling fan true quiet 140) that where very quiet - but the air flow was nothing impressive, how ever i now use the true quiet 140mm for my entertainment stand to cool my equipment as you cannot her them and move just enough to make a difference, so for me some air flow noise was a wonderful trade off as i do need to move some air.If you are like me, i really had a hard time finding a fan that would fit low noise level with higher output these seam to work well for me and i'm glad i found this modelthey say the 15 blade design allows for higher air pressure and air flow! - well it seams to work:)specifications:dimension: 140x140x25mmrpm: 1500 rpmair flow: 96.5 cfmnoise level: 29.6 dba

Pushing air
I purchased three of these fans and you can put them in quite mode or let's move some air mode that really to me is hardly noticeable. They are awesome.

Great fan!
Bought two of these fans to give it a second chance. The bearing the 140mm models use can't handle being applied in a horizontal method (blowing air upward) as it produces heavy rattling and vibration. If you aren't using them for that than your golden as these move the most air for a 140mm in my experience of testing these things. Led's are great and design is cool to. I have 2 120mm versions in horizontal mounting at the top of my case and they are working quite well. See review of the 120mm shark if interested.

Nice airflow, strong leds
This pulls an amazing amount of air, i am using 2 of them, one on the floor of my thermaltake armor+, pushing air to my xfx hd7970 double d, which requires fresh air to keep the vrms cool, so, and another for the processor exhaust on the rear, the cold air moved by the bottom one is quickly heated by the card which sends it upward and there it gets moved from the processor's way by the other amazing fan, so far they are just on the noisy side, but the armor+ already has some noisy fans so they are the lowest of them all.

Great fan
I was a little nervous buying this fan because it doesn't have many reviews but i went for it! Wow! It moves a ton of air, is moderately quite and the leds are a nice touch too. It includes a 3pin extender and a 3pin to molex(pass through)

Wobbly bearings
The fans that were sent to me had fins that were off center causing the fan to wobble and vibrate excessively. This is very disappointing, as many of the reviews were very good. After doing some research i found that they are unreliable when installed horizontally, which is how i had my two fans (installed on the top of my 650d case from corsair).Other than that, these were great fans that really pushed air.Edit: 3/28/13i've decided to replace (with some noiseblocker pk-3 fans, as of today they have yet to arrive and outletpc is listing them as out of stock) them, but was able to find a number of workarounds for the fans problems that warrant an upgrade to 4 stars. The fan with the loose bearing is able to be pushed back into place which mutes the wobbling sound, but this however does not fix the excess vibration caused by faulty motor mounts.Replacement fans: noiseblocker nb-blacksilentpro pk-3 140mm x 25mm ultra quiet fan - 1700 rpm - 27 dba

Best 140mm fan i have found
If you need high pressure for your liquid setup or you need to pressurize your case these fans are a great option. I have just one complaint. I went through several fans to find a few that i could mount upside down to push air out of my top mounted radiator. The bearings in these fans will make a clicking noise when mounted upside down.

Pretty good all-around fans
Rewriting this because i had the time to compare it against other 140mm fans, including corsairs af140s, however i will say they are great fans now that i've tested them in different cooling configurations. They work great as an intake fan in my define r4 and aren't too audible at 7v. You can hear them there's no getting over that, especially in the semi-restricted intake of the r4 but they move a considerable amount of air at 7v. They look stunning as well with the blue leds. They add just the right amount of light with my other led fans (corsair af140 leds) too make the build look sleek but not gaudy. At 12v they are a force to be reckoned with, making noticeable drops in overall temps, but at a cost of some what high noise. They aren't noisy in a high pitched manner at 12v but more of a lower noise. I would personally only use the one for intake purposes, but overall they are good all around fans, especially if you have a fan controller that allows you to adjust the fan speed on the fly.
