Hybrid drives act like ssds for snappy program access
I wish i could have used these, because it said it was in very good condition for a little less than the cost of new drives. I used my finger to rub out some smudges on the drives. They look pretty much good as new. I tried to use these drives to upgrade a windows raid c:\ drive, and it was just not compatible. I spent the whole day hoping it would work. I guess i have no choice to go back to a 100% hdd internal drive system that actually does work. I know these drives can work if you use them individually, and it is too bad i have no use for them. I'm going to send them back, because maybe somebody else can use them. I kept getting a blue screen of death. I tried to raid 3 fire cudas with 3 toshiba hdd drives. It just does not work on asrock 990fx. I can't even install windows on gpt raid on that system, but mbr does work. I do not understand it. It has 6 hard drives inside and 8 external. It has to be that way. Each drive set is raid0. I like seagate. It has a bigger green chip. It is just not possible to work this time. I had a problem trying sshd on this computer years ago and i thought i would try it again because i removed ssds and have regular hdds. Windows installed fine, but then i copied data from one partition to another and that was when i got a blue screen of death. I have to give up all hope on this, and go on to the next thing.
