Good value board
For it's price, this board offers good value. I had one build problem. This build is a simple workstation, so i went with the 2400g apu for it's onboard video. The hdmi output failed to work until i did a bios update that added better support for that apu. This is a known problem with a lot of "ryzen 2000 ready" motherboards. The 2200g and 2400g, came out after the 400 series chipset launched, so many of those boards have onboard display problems until flashed with latest bios. The vga port worked and i flashed it using that. If you don't have a vga cable and monitor, then any video card will work for the purposes of flashing the bios. Once that's done, the onboard hdmi will work right with a ryzen 2000 apu.I had no clearance problems with a stock cooler, like many others have reported. However i used a wraith prisim left over from a 2700x build and it does sit taller than other stock coolers. I chose g.Skill flare x ram and those have tall heat spreaders. The only concern i have with this board is the location of the m.2. It's sits close enough to the 16x pci-e slot that some video cards may not seat all the way down.If there is a criticism to make, it's the lack of fan headers. There is a single bios controlled header for case fans.Otherwise this is a great matx board for a good price. It's even got a steel reinforced pci-e slot. It's overall construction is high considering it's price.
