Awesome product!
These fans move a ton of air and are quieter than the cooler master 120mm fans they replaced. The white leds are not too bright which was something i was worried about. I'm using these as cpu cooling fans on an older model cooler master v6 and they are amazing. It will take some routing of the wires on a v6 to make it work (the guards kept popping out) but once it's in there, it's not going anywhere. I will be purchasing more of these in the near future as well as the 140mm versions to fully replace the cooler master fans in my haf912 that are loud and don't move as much air. Many thanks to other reviewers for recommending this product.Total temperature drop on my cpu ranges between 6-10c (42-50 fahrenheit)! My cpu was sitting at 42c idle, now idles between 32 and 34, 40 under load. Awesome product!Shipping: the shipping was on-time, however, i would have liked to seen a little more cushion around the items as they were basically in a 1/8" thick cardboard box. The fit inside the box was great, but any damage to the center of the box around the fans would have destroyed the fins.

Fan is great, but the sleeve bearings were noisy. Wish it would have worked for me.
I purchased 3 of the aerocool 120 "shark" cooling case fans with white leds, for a new build that i am doing. I have purchased this "shark" design in the past (with blue leds) with good results, so i was a bit surprised to find that these fans were quite noisy, especially for only running at 1550 rpm. I have a fan controller, and for comparison, i have 2 aluminum evercool 120 mm fans running at 2000 rpm, (ball bearing), and 2 92 mm masscool fans running at 2200 rpm (sleeve bearings), and both of these run fairly quietly despite the high rpm. Sure, you can hear some of the air whooshing by, but not the fan proper. The aerocool fan noise is coming from the sleeve bearings, and not the fan design itself. It sounds like someone with a gas powered leaf blower in the distance. It was not extremely loud, but i did find that tonality to be annoying and not what i am going to be using for my new personal build. This may just be a "bad batch" so to speak, so i will chalk it up to experience. I destroyed the packaging on opening, (package is not easy to open) so i will not be sending these back.On a positive note, the fans do look wonderful in action, and the white leds are bright with a (5000k color range?). They really lit up the inside of my computer case quite nicely. I really wish i could use them, but these just sound awful, and not like my previous experience with the aerocool "shark" design.

Patriot PC Fan
This fan moves air really well. It also completed my patriot pc build in helping with the red, white and blue theme.

Excellent fans
I have had 4 of these installed in my case for 5+ years. No failures, no complaints. I have these on performance mode, with 2 tied to a fan controller.

The newer ones are a dull off white older ones are more vibrant
Main rant is they are slightly different colour white compared to the previous fans of the same model. The fins are slightly off white compared to the crystal white of the previous. Same goes for the leds on them, the newer ones are a dull off white older ones are more vibrant. It looks silly in on a 360mm aio with slightly different whites. Am forced to buy more or go with the odd colours. Not to mention they are kind of loud which was expect but still disspoointed in the colouring.

Best case fans for Air movement and air preusrure
These are not the most silent fans that you are going to have. There are not going to work well at lower voltage compared to other fans out there. There not a radiator type fan, that's not what they designed for.I've used these fans as case fans for years now vertical and horizontally. The best is i have one on the top of my rig with a 120 delta (nothing moves more air then a 3amp finger loopier) fan right below it on the back exhaust of my mk 1 case. It still pushes a ton of air even with fighting air pressure of the fan below it. I broke a blade off the one fan two years ago ran it for another year with out it making more nose then normal, before i pulled it. Other note these fans like to be screwed into place keeps them stable, if you hang them from the top of your case. All and all after 4 years and owning 8 of these running them on full bast i would have to say they have gone the distance. Hands down the best case fans i have ever owned for my gaming rig. The only con i have is cleaning the 15 blades on these every two years or so is a lot work. You have to use a tooth brush and windex lol.Last note the leds all sill work. I recommend these fans to anyone for case fans.

Not as great as the original
Not as quiet as the old arecool fans used to be. They move a lot of air without being excessively noisy. White leads are bright and almost a perfect match with the corsair fans that came in my case. Overall after having these for a little bit i'm happy with the purchase. I put 3 of them in my case and have them set at 50%, this provides ample airflow without it sounding like a turbine spooling under my desk.
