None or deficient customer support if there is a problem
The purpose of this review is to state my unsatisfactory experience with netis systems customer/tech support, which relates to all netis products.I purchased a netis systems wf-2109 wireless network usb adaptor at a microcenter store. I tried four times to load the drivers from the cd to my desktop computer and laptop computer. After going through the whole process, including the computer reboot, the drivers still didn't load to either my desktop computer or my laptop.I called their customer service number listed on their website (626) 810-5866 and could only reach a recorded message question me to leave a voicemail. No call back after 2 hours. When i called back i spoke to maria who gave me a second phone number to call for technical support (866) 716-3896. Again i receive a recorded message.When i tried calling back, again i received a recorded message at the technical support option. Then i tried other options such as sales, which also had a recorded message. After many tries i finally reached a person who stated his name was john. I believe he told me a false name because he was abrasive, and hesitant to give his name. This person made no effort whatsoever to troubleshoot the problem, and simply told me that my computer wasn't compatible. I question how he knew that because if the drivers do not load, then you cannot attempt to use the product to see if it works (i.E. Compatible). He refused to acknowledge the logic, and hung up on me. I called back maria who promised a manager would call me. I promised to hold my breath till i received a call back.No call back was ever received.Maybe this product works for some, but if it doesn't work then you are likely out of luck because this company has deficient or non-existant technical support. I note one reviewer (of wf-2109 wireless adaptor)stated he worked with tech support for days to get the product to work. Who wants to do that? Not me!!
