At OutletPC we offer shipping services to clients through Fedex and United States Postal Service. Other methods may be used in conjunction with our Saver Shipping option. For Puerto Rico and Military (APO/FPO) customers who wish to purchase items please select the USPS Option - we do not ship outside of the domestic United States with our Fedex options. Alaska and Hawaii customers are encouraged to select the USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground options for the best rates. Our expedited shipment transit options include UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. UPS 3 Day Select does not deliver to AK or HI.
Time to delivery involves two components: the shipping method chosen + the time taken to ship off the item. 99% of orders placed on OutletPC.com that are in stock and do not require special assembly (systems, barebones, etc) ship Same-Day if received before our cutoff, or by the next business day if received afterwards. Orders involving assembly, customization, barebones, and systems will ship once the task/assembly has been completed and tested (including a 72-hour burn-in on all system assemblies). In cases in which an item is out of stock, the buyer will be notified and given the option to cancel or wait for the unit to come back in stock prior to shipping. If an item is not expected to come back in stock the item may be dropped from the order, placed on backorder, or upgraded to an identical or higher-valued unit. These factors and more can push the send-off date and thus alter the expected delivery date. Please plan accordingly and notify us of any deadlines/requirements. Please note that Weekend and Holiday dates should never be factored into a shipping time calculation.
Once an item is shipped it is no longer under our control so we reference the guidelines of our carriers. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select are deadlined transit services that guarantee an item will be received within a certain number of days (after being sent off). UPS Ground, FedEx USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Mail are not. Typically a USPS Priority Mail shipment will take 3-5 Business Days and a FedEx Ground or UPS Ground shipment will take 1-5 Business Days. However, because there is no guaranteed delivery time associated with either of these shipping methods, on occasion it can take a longer period of time depending on the efficiency of each organization.
Saver Shipping is intended to be our most inexpensive shipping solution for domestic USA customers. By selecting this method you allow us to select between any of our available shipping methods (FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, Ontrac, or other carriers) to get the best rate possible to you.

PO Box addresses must be shipped to using USPS Priority Mail. Please select the Priority Mail option when checking out for delivery to a Post Office Box. All FedEx, UPS and "Lowest Cost Shipping" methods must be destined to Physical (Residential, Commercial, etc.) addresses.
APO/FPO and PR addresses must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please email us if you are a military member and wish to obtain a rate quote.

To cut down on fraud, we require
orders to be shipped to an address registered with the credit card company.
If the address you want to ship to is not registered with your credit card
company, all you have to do is call the number on the back of your card and you
can add it as an 'Alternate'. Once that is completed, we will be able to
confirm that with them and ship off your order.
