Worth the struggle?
Overall, it?€™s a great apu. But is it worth the time to update the mobo bios and deal with manufacturers? That?€™s debatable. The chip can run cs:go, rocket league, fortnite, and etc. Easily. If your willing to oc you can possibly run gta v w/o a dedicated gpu. Recommend this apu until dedicated gpu prices come down. The included fan completely blows intel?€™s hunk of aluminum out of the water. You can even oc the cpu 200 mhz w/o thermal throttling. But i don?€™t recommend as well ocing the igpu. Now let?€™s talk about the bios update struggle. First, amd made me contact msi to see if they could update the mobo for me. Long story short they couldn?€™t. So amd told me to send images to verify the warranty so they could send the boot kit. But theeeen, amd customer support wasn?€™t able to contact me through any of my e-mails for a week. So i had to make a completely new e-mail just for amd. Then follow-ups was another struggle. All-in-all it took me two weeks from first attempted contact to my mobo being up to date. However, customer support was very patient and i even got emails from them at midnight which was slightly interesting. Overall, if you?€™re not on a tight schedule i definitely recommend the chip. Especially since more mobos will be already update in the future. (hello future me, how are you?)

Vega gets you to the party
$100, 3.7 ghz oc, and i am running aaa games. It may be on low settings, but with gpu prices how they are, i am up and running. Raven ridge will hold me over for a while. Amd is back, thanks

2200g is honestly the best cpu/gpu u can buy
2200g is honestly the best cpu/gpu u can buy.Just make sure you get 3200+ ram(or oc it that high)then use ryzen master software to oc the igpu side to 1650mhzi went from 32fps in unreal heaven 1080p/med to 45fps just by ocing the igpu!

Five stars
Works perfect on the asrock ab350m-hdv , these boards are being shipped with new ryzen supported bios already.

Great price to performance ration
Great price to performance ration. This is a great cpu that can run most games and easy to add a gpu to at a later point when prices become more normal. I've run a bunch of triple a titles on this chip with no issues.

A damn good deal
Great processor, and at only $100, its a hell of a deal.4 physical cores + 8 gpu cores is great if you want to get your new build up and running, or if you are waiting for a replacement part to arrive. I put this into my file server to use the onboard video ports on the board.

Shipped quickly enough, no damage, works great!
Onboard gpu is just as good as any gpu under $200 and this was only $100. I can only imagine the 2400g is absolutely that much better.

Would recommend for the gammer on a budget
After having this for a few months now i can say woth confidence that it works as intended! I have it over clocked and water cooled and it runs cool and smoth. After the bios update witch amd helped with no questions question, it was like any other new build.Iv put this in 2 system's and both work great. Iv played around in the bios and found my sweet spot. In the other rig i built for a friend on a budget i over clocked the cpu with the stock cooler and it runs at more then acceptable temps with no problums.Bottom line: even if you have a gpu but just want to upgrade to the new mobo and cant justify buying a cpu with the same clock speeds, overclocking potential and core count, but 2 more threads then get a ryzen 3 apu. It was cheaper when i bought it then the ryzen 3 cpu. Worth the money and if you only game 4 cores are all you need(for now)

Amd ryzen 3 2200g processor with radeon vega 8 graphics former blue team switched to red with a 1600x was a headache from the start can't oc to what you want can't use the ram you want and overheats etc thought i'd give this 2200g a spin for a htpc updated bios installed windows 10 try to run kodi and it's all blurry pixelated mess barely any help on it when googled no updated drivers in 2 months i'm now regretting switching my next build will be back to the blue team
