Not bad for something kinda expensive
Immediate results as expected. Less loading time and overall good product (so far) although disappointed in the company being late on the dilivery and never responding.

Works great, no issues after all this time

First died 28 days after purchase. - trying again.
First one failed 28 days after installation. Outletpc replacing. Will see how the next one holds up. - furthermore, this drive has been causing havok with my system ever since it was installed. Kept trying to go offline and not come back up, odd write errors. - acting odd in general. - again, will check out the replacement and update review accordingly.** update ** the replacement drive failed after two hours of use. Formatted fine, worked flawlessly after install, then went offline. Windows 10 reports that the drive cannot be initialized. - went into bios to find the drive suddenly missing from the stack. This appears to be a firmware issue with these drives, and i cannot recommend this drive to anyone under any circumstances. - btw: i've been building custom computers for over 30 years. But i've had three of these drives fail within a year. First one was a 120gb that lasted just over a year, then two other 240gb failures. One within 2 hours of install. - do not purchase for any reason - returning the newly failed drive and got a sandisk installed that is working fine. -

Doing the job very well
Being using it for 1 year now and i am very satisfied with the speed and partitions of it.I separated some location for windows 10 and using the rest for my frequently played games and it works perfectly. It is as well very easy to install, you can easily fit to the location on my cooler master hap atx tower case (my previous 120 gb ssd was very hard to install, that is why i wanted to mention that)

Compared to a standard hdd this is lightning fast. It turns an older pc or laptop into a new machine in terms of performance. Even the graphics cards get a booste because of the reduced time it takes to pull data from the drive and display it. I can play games that were freeze frame before and now they run smooth. One game ran at 3 fps now run at between 30 and 60 fps not lightning fast but huge change. I will never go back to standard hdd's

Question & Answers
By OutletPC Shopper on 2014-04-18
does this just plug in and mount the same as a mechanical HD ?

By Customer Service on 2014-04-19

The connections are the same, but if your PC does not have a 2.5" Hard Drive bay, you would need a 2.5" to 3.5" bay adapter.
