Nice, solid board.
Solid board, works as expected, no problems whatsoever with patriot memory, it's on the qvl and didn't need the latest agesa update to make it work. As compatibility problems seem to be ironed out expect better results, it's nice to see for once a bottom of the line product getting proper support, unfortunately there's much pressure on the industry to get rid of previous operating systems that shouldn't have any problems working with this (scoff planned obsolesence scoff) but so it goes. Overclock options are there on bios but because of the market segmentation you can't use them, just don't try pushing the board to make things it wasn't designed to do and there shouldn't be any problems. If you want to oc you should get a b350 (best value in my opinion) or a x370 (probably, but not guaranteed, to have better components), the price difference is there for you to consider, be sure this is all you need so you won't be dissapointed long term. I'm planning to use it with amd's new apu line when it comes out (well, later on, anyway), so, if i do indeed switch processors i will update my review with testing of its video capabilities (which of course can't be used with the actual line of ryzen processors).
